This brief video depicts the projection of a 3d scene onto a picture plane to derive a 2d representation of 3 dimensional geometry. In the beginning, a single edge is projected through the picture plane to a station point (the viewer). As all the points are similarly projected to the station point, end points of major edges are found and drawn. Later, the plan as a scaled down representation of the scene is shown in front of the picture plane, illustrating the relationship between the a scaled drawing and real world scenes.
